Lawyeria Lite Mobile view and Logo size

Hi, I have been using the Lawyeria Lite for a while and I like it but I need to do some changes
1- How can I increases the Logo size in the front page ?
2- the text alignment for the subheader text is not right for the mobile view ( its does not break down according to the alignment )
3- how can I create another Language version of the site ?thanks for you help
