Lay-out gives extreme right padding

  • Hi,

    I just started to use this plugin and it’s really nice. I have 2 questions though, regarding the lay-out.

    Please have a look on the page I’m talking about. This is a website for a client.

    1. the colon on top of the page has a space before; I wanted to delete it in the *po-file, but I can’t find it.
    2. The margin or padding at the right side of the testimonials is too big. It should be the same as the summary or score field on top.

    How can I accomplish this?

    Sorry about getting back to you so late. Things look funny. Have you changed any of the css?

    Thanks for your response. I didn’t change anything in the CSS, except for the background. I made it white in the settings, because the color I had took too much space.

    Is it possible to change the font, the border thickness (of the border that’s now invisible/white) and to make a title? I now entered a normal line of text on top, but I can’t get it to look like a big title…

    All of that is changeable, but involves more in depth work with the css.

    You can select any of the web friendly fonts from within the options panels.
    I suspect part of the reason the padding looks funny is because you have changed the outside border to the same color as the background.

    I would suggest you go back to the basics, and select a layout that you like, and set the colors within that layout.

    Hi,

    Thanks for your reply. When the background wasn’t white (wich the page is too) there still was a difference between the top info (rating excerpt) and the testimonials themselves. The box on top was (and is) wider than the stuff below. You can see that now too, even with a white border/background.

    Wouldn’t it be nice to make it possible for the user to easily set the border width of the background and to make a title field? In the next release, for instance? ??
