Layer Editor not working

I tried submitting a support ticket on metaslider.com/my-account/, but your support form appears to be broken. I keeps giving me a validation error even though all the fields are completed. I tried using the contact form at metaslider.com/contact/, and I get the same validation error. I can’t submit a form on metaslider.com.

My actual problem is the Layer Editor is not working. When I add a layer slide, then press the “Launch Layer Editor” button, nothing happens.
