• Hi all,
I recently took over our website and I am new to wordpress. I have created a few pages now which are working fine.
We also have several sliders on some pages. I try to edit a slider, I went in, just looked how they are done, exited by going back and the slider was deleted and appeared as unnamed, really?? I found out that only ‘back to list’ avoids deleting the slider.
Any copy I go into shows the first layer with layer 2 + 3 being greyed out. I cannot access anything on the edit page, not even the help menu is working. I could replaced the missing slider with another one, but the original one is gone. Can I restore from the Back-up Buddy and if yes, which file(s)? What am I doing wrong?
Has someone a solution for me? Thank you, folks.

Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.
