Layered Nav – not showing attributes on all category archive pages

    Hello,

    I am in the process of uploading products to my page and am having an issue with the layered nav widget.

    You can see the layered nav at work here – it works as I need it to.

    My second category has just been uploaded here now this category has a lot of the same colour and finish attributes, but the layered nav widget is only showing NEW attributes

    I have done a spot check of my products and they have all been imported with the correct format to generate the attributes. For example if i look at an attribute page – colour GREEN it will show me all products from both paper and card that have a colour attribute green here – but on the card archive page there is no option to filter to the colour green…

    How are the products being added? Manual or import? Might be cached and/or counts not updated yet if you’re doing a bulk import with a plugin.

    I’m using WP-all import plugin – it is importing the colour as an attribute though its just not showing up in the layered nav?

    Hey i’m closing this, I had to change the attribute taxonomy settings – its now working!

    Hi, could you share how and where you changed the “taxonomy settings”?
