Layerslider (plugin) scripts rendering twice..

  • Hello! Firstly let me thank you very much for the well developed plugin this system has been amazing. I’m just hoping that you may be able to shed some light on the issue with some .js files on my homepage rendering twice as part of the merged scripts.

    10 scripts loaded, 3 of them are duplicates, despite that I have hard coded query string remover into my functions.php and using the querystring removal in the WP Disable plugin.

    Hi. Do you have MMR disabled. It doesn’t look like its enabled?

    Hi there, thanks for the response. MMR is enabled, just confirmed in plugins list and I can see the settings page has all the rendered css and js files. Do you see something out of the ordinary?

    I’ve tried a number of snippets to remove versions and even the only plugin available here on the wp website and none work. Might just have to abandon LayerSlider WP but even if I do its rather popular among other premium themes..

    Yeah, its a bit odd.. when I inspect the page none of the files are loading from the MMR directory. For example, I would expect something like this:

    /wp-content/mmr/123456789.min.js

    but instead you have requests like this:

    /wp-content/plugins/LayerSlider/static/layerslider/js/layerslider.transitions.js
