• Hello, I’ve been using the plugin for a long time. But recently I’ve had a problem when using a looping banner between paragraphs. Banners that are larger than 900px wide are breaking the site’s layout, this didn’t happen before.

some parts of the end of the article appear on the side. When I put a smaller banner the problem is solved

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

Could you please confirm which WordPress theme you are currently using? Has it been updated recently? Additionally, could you share URL once where this issue occurs so we can take a look?

Hello. I use the GeneratePress theme Version: 3.5.1. It is in the latest update.

I ended up removing the banner with more than 900 and installing a smaller one so as not to leave the site with a broken layout. If necessary, we can arrange a time for me to reactivate it so you can check it out.

Thank you for your attention. I removed the large banner to return the layout to normal. If you need me to reactivate it for analysis, let me know.

    Hi,

We sincerely apologize for the delayed response.

We tried to recreate the issue but were unable to do so. Resolving this without a closer inspection is proving to be challenging. We kindly suggest checking for potential conflicts by switching to a different theme or temporarily deactivating other plugins, as such issues can sometimes arise from compatibility conflicts.

    Hello, I’m reviving the post.
I tried again to add new banners, but when activating the responsive function it breaks the layout as I had informed above.
