    Hi Folks,

    Our website looked like this today:

    Notice the blank white space immediately under the header.

    Clearing the cache of the W3 Total Cache resolved the problem.

    Is there any way to prevent this from happening again?

    Thank you for reaching out and I am happy to help!
    There is a chance that some plugin, theme or WP was updated. When this happens, the cache needs to be purged so that the changes can take place.

    You may want to check if the updates are set to auto, and this is for the theme, plugins and WP and make sure you do the updates manually and make sure to purge the cache because after each update some files are changed.
