Layout Compatibility

I have installed Jigoshop eCommerce and am dying to get this all set up on my site but the shop page doesn’t seem to show up properly. The cart and checkout pages are formatted correctly but the shop page is adding a sidebar (which is not a theme default) underneath the products and is not showing categories or cart widgets.

Could you please take a look and let me know if this is a theme conflict or if I’m screwing something up? herohabit.com/shop
