Layout fields not adding when clicked

  • When attempting to create a new “Content Layout” the buttons to insert the desired fields are not responsive. I can remove fields from the existing content layouts and reorder them, but cannot add new ones. I have installed this in 2 other environments with success but I’m not sure if there is a conflict or other setting restricting this functionality.
    Wordpress: v5.2.2
    Plugin: v2.0.38

    Can you please check the browser console area and check is there any error showing? please send me a screenshot of console area.

    The only one I’m seeing is:
    “Access to XMLHttpRequest at ‘https://<url removed>’ from origin ‘https://<url removed>’ has been blocked by CORS policy: No ‘Access-Control-Allow-Origin’ header is present on the requested resource.

    My company has blocked any way of sharing a screenshot at the moment but that error appears immediately after clicking the buttons. If the above error doesn’t point to the issue I will find a way to get the screenshot uploaded somewhere public.
