Layout has been destroyed after upgrade

I had an older version of Download Manager installed before (zip file dated 6 March 2013), and it worked fine. After I upgraded first to 2.4.3 and then (in the hope the problem would be fixed) to 2.4.4 my web page layout has been destroyed:

I am using a theme (extensio) with shortcodes, will try to change this, but am very annoyed!https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/download-manager/
