Layout is complete disaster in IE

I made a new layout for my Audrey Tautou Website which is https://fan-sites.org/audrey-tautou and it looks perfectly fine in Mozilla. However, in IE it’s a disaster. The posts are cut and the sidebar is not shown correctly. I am completely helpless concerning this problem and really need help here!
I am grateful for any advice. Thanks in advance.
