Layout Issue?

    I am having some issues with my site. For some reason the sidebar and footer have gotten wonky and I don’t know how it happened or how to fix it. My sidebar is now showing up on the bottom of the screen and my footers are displaying inline rather than block. I checked the CSS and can’t seem to find where the problem is or if the problem even lies there (I would assume so though) My site is https://allmommywants.com and here’s what I did to troubleshoot:

    Deactivated plugins
    Reinstalled Genesis Theme and News Child Theme
    Reinstalled the latest version of WP
    Dropped down to Twenty-Twelve and the problem went away.

    I would have thought reinstalling my themes would have helped. I also installed Magazine Child and it did the same thing. The thing is it does NOT do this on my test site at https://worksite.allmommywants.com, which has Genesis with Magazine installed so I am not sure where the problem lies, but it seems to be deeper than just my theme. Any insight would be fabulous.
