Layout issue despite height for block

No, you need to use server-side INSERTION.

I changed it to that and the block does not load at all!

No but there are layout shifts. I had to change it to client side as server side was not showing up.

The plugin does not show ads, it only inserts ad codes.
There will always be shift if you are using client-side insertion.

Use server-side insertion as instructed and define ad height:

I used the server insertion but it probably needs a proper CSS element. That is why it was not detecting the ads.

Will it work with “div#content > div” as the HTML selector?

It works, see the screenshot above.

That is when I use client side insertion.

When I use server-side, the ads will not show up. Could that have to do with caching?

Also can you have a similar server side caching option for LiteSpeed like the one you have for W3 Total?

You can use debugging functions to disgnose insertions:

For AdSense ads there is no difference regarding inserting method, both should work fine.

Not aware of any such setting/featrue for LiteSpeed cache.
