• Hi,

I installed wp-paginate on a “under construction” website based on Specious theme. Technically it works well. However, I have two layout issues:

    * The original “next” and “previous” (Germany: “zurück” and “weiter”) are still visible, although “Hide the standard theme default pagaination.” is enabled. I could solve this with a child theme modification, but it would be smart if wp-paginate could solve it on its own.

    * The layout looks strange. The boxes with the page numbers go far too low.

    Thanks for help!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

WP-Paginate attempts to hide the original links via custom CSS. But not every theme is the same. In your case the class names of the HTML next and previous links may be different. But you can add your own custom CSS to hide them.

As for the position the pagination links, it is dependent on your theme. WP-Paginate adds the links to the end of your content however your page is laid out.
