Layout issues

    Hi, there are several design/layout issues on my website. When logged in, I see all the correct styles and layout, but when visiting incognito some are not:
    – Woocommcerce shop message: it should be green, but when visiting the shop page (https://jollyjingles.nl/shop/) it’s purple.
    – Background shop page: should be gold/glitter, but when visiting incognito it’s the standard beige color.
    – Product labels (by Advanced Product Labels for WooCommerce?Plugin) are shown correctly when logged in but in a wrong layout when visiting incognito. I already contacted the plugin support but then say the Theme is overwriting the style.
    Please advise in how to fix these issues.

  • Hi @jollyjingles,

    I am afraid the plugin support was mistaken. It’s not Astra overwriting the style. It is actually just the cache.

    Please take a look at this screenshot when I bypassed WP Rocket.

    Clearing the cache should make the changes you did on the backend are reflected on the frontend.

    Hi, thank you for getting back to me and checking the issues. Glad to see you do see the right design, still I don’t even though I always clear cache after making changes.. Also in mobile when checking on a friends phone I don’t see the correct design.
    Can you maybe also show me how you see the product labels?

    Sometimes the cache is still there even after we clear it and will need more time to show us the changes on the frontend.
