    Hi,
I have activated the membership-account page [pmpro_account] but the styling of the page is not conforming to my global theme (see here). The footer should be wide layout, and the ‘Past invoices’ section is being overwritten.

I tried to copy all of the settings from the other pmpro webpages (Membership Billing, Membership Invoice etc.) and they are all showing fine perfect layout.

So I tried to edit the webpage in my visual WPBakery page editor, and managed to get it looking correct wide style (see here for the intended design) which resulted in the following code text being generated in the page editor (see image of the code). However, when I refresh the page to the logged in vendor, it shows a blank page ?? (look here)

Please can you assist with making this page look uniform with all the other web pages on my site. It needs to inherit the global page design styles just like all the other PMPro webpages, its just this membership-account page.

    Thanks, PicFlick

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi,

I’m sorry you are having problems with this. Have you tested with another theme?

Without access or being able to see it, it is difficult to troubleshoot.
(not asking for access). Your theme looks like a premium theme; you may need to contact them for support.

The code generating the invoice table can be found here:

    Hi Kim,

Thanks for the response. I have not tested with another theme because all the other pages are working just fine, so I really think its an issue with PMP.

I have included image links in my support post, so not sure why you say you ‘cant see’. What would you like to see I am happy to share anything which may help give insight into why this page is not working.

    Thanks, Greg

Thank you. Sorry about that, the pictures are great. What I can not see is the HTML code and.CSS, this would help me find out where the problem is coming from.

I am unable to recreate this in my development sites, and this theme is something I have not access to test with.

To backtrack, the original page was the one created by PMPro at setup, correct?
    No WP Bakery.

If you place the shortcode on a page using the default WordPress block editor, this formating issue still occurs?

I would also test with another theme (Twenty Nineteen or Twenty-Twenty) if it works, we can focus on your theme working with our code, if it is still broken, then it could be a plugin conflict.

@kimwhite Apologies for the late response, but thanks for your comprehensive reply.

I can confirm that there is no editing to the page from how it was originally created by PMPro at setup. Taking your advice regarding the shortcode, I simply inserted it into the basic editor (See image)

I have tried with the 2020 theme, and the issue is indeed still there (see image). Do you think it is a plugin issue? Obviously you dont have access to the Theme, but I am happy to share the HTML code – HTML file Link

Looking forward to working with you to resolve it.

Thank you, I will look closer at your HTML.

While you view this page, do you have a membership role? I’ve created an account on the site and this is what I see when logged in… I’m setting what a user but non-members would see.

    Did you get this fixed?

Thanks very much for following up Kim (Sorry for the delay).

I have just changed the properties of your profile so that you are a subscribed member AND a vendor on our website. Thus, you should be able to see that webpage with the offset styling, as per: https://ibb.co/ssJMQT4. Use the URL: https://picflick.co.za/membership-account

    Looking forward to your response
