Layout of single question all wrong

    Hi

    I have 1.3.7 installed and when I go in to a single question all the icons and buttons at the top of the question are all laid out badly, overlap and have just a couple of letters on each line so the buttons are tall and not wide. It looks to be a CSS issue. I am on the standard TwentyFifteen theme and have no other plugins active. Any advice to fix the layout would be good.
