Layout shifting problem

This is a follow up to this thred ( https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/83160?replies=16) I have opened another thread since “part” of the first problem is solved.
If you open https://www.adidap.com and https://www.adidap.com/page/2 you will notice that when on page 2 the side bar is shifting down and that if you are using firefox the background will not be showing
Can anyone help?
N.B. The shifting is happening with any theme installed and even with “ugly” permanent link
