• Hi,
Was excited to test the new lazy-load functionality. Using OceanWP theme, every page I visit loads the header and logo image making the whole header with menu and to render larger first and then retract to the correct height. The logo loads every time, displaying it’s title first and then comes the image. If I disable lazy-load I get the normal behaviour where the header and logo stay static when navigating between pages.

I am not sure how to address this? I need to exclude images, css and javascript? I have disabled the lazy-load for now. I need to publish the page.

hmm, logically as all works when lazyload is not active, adding images to be excluded from lazyload _should_ help. maybe give that a try?

and I’m finalizing AO 2.5.1 as we write, which has a lot of lazyload improvements on board, so maybe download the beta and give that a try?

I will wait until the 2.5.1. is stable I think. The site is running live. But what is really happening in the header when it renders I wonder? Since the whole header is behaving strange. It is like the header has to calculate how high it is every time I load a page.

entirely possible your theme (or a navigation plugin) has some JS-based logic to do so yeah ??
