Lazy load comment form

    @ronalfy just a separate topic for this feature request:

    Instead of displaying all comments and appropriate form right away (inline on the page), there should be “Leave a comment” or “Show Comments (%d)” button depending if comments already exist or not.

    When you click such button, all comments and comment form should be displayed via Ajax right on the page.

    I’ve explored this and do have some working code for “inline” lazy loading. It’s a big lift, so but it’s something I have on the roadmap.

    I’m circling back to this feature and giving it some dev time. I’m almost done with the core functionality, then I’ll work on theme compatibility/testing.

    There’s going to be 4 options for lazy loading:

    1. Inline spinner
    2. Inline skeleton
    3. Shortcode
    4. Inline Button
