• Hello guys!
You doing a great job with the plugin.

I have a very known issue, the lazy load conflict within SG Optimizer and VP. But I cannot switch off SG Lazy Load, because I have also videos and non gallery pictures on the website, instead if I will switch off VP lazy load the justify gallery breaks, still can see the pictures but not like it have to be (the grid with 2px gutter) So I was wondering if there is a Class (which I’ve tried to find in source frontend) to exclude VP gallery / pictures from lazy loading in SG?
PS> For now if you go on my website, the plugin will be deactivated, in case you will try to check it
    Looking forward for your reply!
    Thank you.
    Artur.

    Hello @nko !

Sorry my ignorance… I actually tried to use a Lazy Load build in your plugin, using “For all Website” option, deactivating SG’s Lazy Load – And it works just the same!!!

So I will stick to this option without bothering you guys!

Well done, really. (5 stars review coming haha)

    thanks again!
    Cheers1

    Hey Artur.

What do you mean by “works just the same”? It is not working correctly also with disabled lazy loading? Or do you mean our Lazy Loading working as good as SiteGround’s?

I would still like to get your help in debugging this error (in our private ticket system) because we are not able to use SiteGround in our country.

I already saw messages about SiteGround from other users, but these users just silently gone and this problem still can’t be fixed ??

    Regards, nK.

    @nko sure!

I will open the ticket then! It is so nice that some developers, like you guys treat this issue seriously.
I meant that your lazy load function work just like SiteGround’s. Which is great!

Since I am a photographer I managing a lot of galleries (not portfolio galleries), these which you can create directly in Kadence – WordPress Page builder (without creating a gallery on its own and then using shotlink – which I hate, (because it adds a lot of useless work).
I am using single pictures and videos around my site. I’ve been testing around 40 plugins, specifically for Justified galleries, but I always had to deactivate Lazy Load in SG, because it was braking the galleries, sometimes, messing the aspect of pictures, messing with the gutter between the pictures, like some 2px others way over 100px and in some cases It was showing whole gallery then repeating the same gallery with the pictures in full size stacked one after other in one raw…

So as you can imagine, deactivating LL was slowing down my website…

Before finding your plugin, I found a perfect one, worked with LL activated, everything was perfect, but creator has decided to use as alt text for the pictures the title text… I’ve tried to solve this issue with them but they didn’t treat this issue so siriusly… But in my opinion, from the SEO perspective it is quite big issue, since I filling the alt text manually what is the point that plugin messes up my work, they’ve stated “plugin uses title text as alt text because people forgetting to input alt text”

So when I wound your, the problem was still there with lazy-load since I didn’t knew that you have built in lazy load for whole media library, not only for galleries. Then I’ve tried to exclude with classes the pictures from lazy load, in SG but none of them worked. Finally I’ve tried to use only your function of lazy load for whole site and work great. Tho I’ve spotted 2 requests which I didn’t had before (svg/xml – 404 code) apart from the icon request. But this is small price to pay. Other thing I saw, that in body html pictures don’t have also alt text, but google lighthouse don’t mention this issue, but by analyzing with seo tool there are all the alt texts, seems like it takes them from the media library – keep that in mind that I’m not a programmer so I lot of thing I don’t know haha

I will open the ticket now, and add also all this chat.
Thank you a lot for your interest!
PS. sorry for some language mistakes…

    Stay Well!
