    Hi @jlenney

    Jetpack’s lazy load CSS is only added at the time the page is loaded, it is not stored as a CSS class on the image itself.

    Were the affected images copied and pasted into the editor? If not, can you describe how the images were added so we can do some testing?

    Could you also please post your site URL here so that we can have a look?

    If you want it to remain private, you can also contact us via this contact form. If you choose to reach out directly, please include a link to this thread.

    Thanks!

    Hi Dan

    Thanks for the response, the images were ADDED properly (not cut and pasted). I even REMOVED the images and re-added them completely (with lazy load, etc being shut off) and the results are the same.

    I included the URL in the ‘hidden’ portion of my submission, did you not get it?

    Thanks, I appreciate your help

    Hello, I too am using Thrive Architect and having the same issue with my images. I’ve even deactivated Jetpack but the lazy load classes are still being applied to my images

    @jlenney @stephcerratti
    I was experiencing this issue too with Thrive Architect. Apparently, when loading a page in the Thrive Architect page builder with Jetpack (or any other plugin that manipulates the end HTML rendering) it caches and saves the image element (and many other elements) as pure HTML code with all the lazy load classes attached. So even when you remove Jetpack it still has the lazyload classes cached and stored. This problem is caused by Thrive Architect, the only way to remove it is to use their HTML editor in the advanced settings to manually remove the classes.
