Lazy Load members

I would like to lazy load a page of unfiltered members of a staff template. I would like to achieve this without using pagination. For example, let’s say my template produces 200 members in a Grid A layout, at about 5 columns per row, is there any method, shortcode, setup, or third party plugin that can cause the page to output only a few rows at a time?
