Lazy load not improve PageSpeed Insights score

Hi, i try this plugin and it works fine. But my PageSpeed Insights score is the same, it reports the same “Avoid an excessive DOM size”, caused by comments.

I also posted here some informations.

What is the best way for manage many comments in WordPress and improve PageSpeed Insights score, destroyed by too many comments? Thanks ??
