Lazy Load Preventing DOM Image Resize

“Auto resize images on front-end”
This setting will not work correctly with Lazyload enabled. Notice all images are dead on this page. However when you scroll over an image, and refresh, then you will notice that the particular image will load, however the others will not.
Although the image will not appear on the frontend, if you inspect element and view the respective link – it does load just fine as if it exists:
