    Hi

Your plugin seems to be conflicting with Elementor Headers & Footers Blocks plugin.

If Lazyload is enabled the header shows blank for about one second before loading. Also in Firefox if I scroll down the page, then scroll up a large blank space appears under the header.

If I disable Lazyload everything works as normal.

On enabling Native Lazyload everything works correctly

I hope you can please help

    Hi @bob-reeves,

Hope you are doing good today.

I suppose this is the plugin you have mentioned:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/header-footer-elementor/

I’m not able to replicate the issue in my system by creating a default header, so it could be more specific to the settings in your website.

At the moment, you have native lazyload enabled in your website so we couldn’t see the issue in live to better say what might be causing it. Is it possible to provide a URL where you could keep the default Lazyload of Smush enabled instead of native lazyload in Smush so that we could have a better idea regarding the issue noticed?

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day ahead.

    Best Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,

Thankyou for your reply, I can confirm that the above plugin is the one I am using.

Unfortunately I cannot give you another URL and I cannot change the live site as customers are making bookings online.

Sorry That I cannot be more positive.

    Regards

    Bob

    Hi @bob-reeves ,

I do understand you, are there any steps to replicate the issue or any screencast that you think could share regarding the issue noticed if possible so that we could check further if needed?

It’s tough to say what might be causing the issue without seeing it live, so if you are still looking for us to troubleshoot the issue further then please do follow up with any further information you think could provide so that we could check further if needed.

Looking forward to your response. Have a nice day ahead.

    Kind Regards,
    Nithin

    Hi Nithin,

If you could let me have a 2 hour time frame where you could look at the site, I would then change the lazyload from native for that period.

    Hope that is ok.

    Hi @wpmudev-support6 ,

Thank you very much for your help.

I seems that the situation has resolved itself.

I have tested in all browsers, all seems to be working fine and the white space has disappeared.

I will mark the original thread as being resolved.

Once again thank you for your help.
