Lazy Loading

    Hi, I have some issues with images lazy loading.

    I have activated the lazy loading setting but GTMetrix still shows image requests. When I’m using the browser, lazy loading works correctly. But there’s some annoying layout shifts so I was wondering if this can be fixed too (maybe the dimensions aren’t specified?).

    So overall, GTMetrix shows image requests, and sometimes there’s some layout shift with lazy loading.

    Hello @xp3kt,
    We enable the theme lazy loading only on images that we can control, like on archive cards, in page title sections, post meta avatars, logo… But we can’t add the lazy load to the entry content images (the images you are uploading in the content).
    For such cases I would recommend you to disable the theme lazy loading and maybe use the JetPack lazy loading.

    I’ve noticed that you are running Autoptimise on your website. Sometimes, a misconfiguration of caching plugins can interfere with our theme’s functionality. Could you please double check the settings for Autoptimise and see if they make any difference?
