Lazy-loading images

Hi Lester,

I would like to know if you consider adding loading=”lazy” to img tags, which is default behavior since WordPress 5.5

But this requires that the img tags have height and width attributes, which is not the case at the moment. Without these attributes it could cause layout shifts.
