lazyblock created blocks not showing in new widget areas wp 5.8

Whenever try to add a lazyblock created block in wordpress widget “Widget Area” , the new interface introduced in wp 5.8 shows this error “This block has encountered an error and cannot be previewed.”, checking console shows following error:-
