    Hey there,

does your implementation of Lazyload also include lazy loading iframes? And if so, how to turn it off? I’m using Mediavine Ads wich get served via iframes wich are already lazyloaded.

It seems to work so far, but I want to play it safe.

    Greetings

Nope, we don’t do iframes currently.

@rockyourblog Mediavine load ads only when they become visible in order to count impressions correctly. ‘fraid this one won’t change, although I agree it sometimes sucks.

Whenever I’ve complained, they’ve told me to scroll slowly, like a typical reader, instead of a site owner, which is fair enough.

BTW, they recommend not to use lazy loading of content images on pages showing ads, because in most cases, this changes the distance between the ads once the images load. However, with the EWWW method of lazy loading, the placeholders are sizes precisely like the actual images, so that’s not an issue at all. It’s brilliant.
