• Hi Frank/Everyone,

I’m just starting to get into using lazyload in AO but I am running into an issue where an image halfway down my homepage is still showing that it’s not lazy on a lighthouse report. I’m just wondering if there is another setting that I am missing regarding where the threshold is set for lazy images? Any guidance would be great. Thanks.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

That’s a background-image set in the CSS sdawales, AO cannot lazyload those (yet) I’m afraid. It can lazyload background-images set as style-attribute of the element in which the background-image is to be shown, so if you can switch that would work.

    hope this clarifies,

Thanks Frank. I am still on the Beta so when the (yet) comes in the beta, I’ll let you know how it goes! ?? Thanks as always.

Hey Frank, when you say AO cannot lazyload background-images (yet). What kind of timeframe is (yet)? ??
