LBP's not working on my wordpress (3.7.1). A strange problem

  • I’m using the lastest LBP with the lastest wordpress. It is working well on my Firefox. But I just check it with Opera and IE, guess it, it’s working on both browsers. I tried fix it follow FAQ, and it is still not working. Finally, I installed another firefox on VMware, and I have to say that it’s really not working. I don’t know what happen between LBP and my site. help me, please

    I have just recognized that when I login with my account, I saw the LBP run well. If I logout the LBP won’t working. I tried it many times, why LBP need account to show? Help me, please

    I have resolved my problem. It causes from a setting with Incapsula (folder protect). I used Incapsula to protect folder wp-include, it will prevent access permission of LBP. So if you also use Incapsula like me to protect wp-include folder, just disable this function for wp-include.

    I don’t have this protection. And I try by changing the permission to read, write and execute of this folder and it continue the same. Doesn’t work if I was not logged.

    Well, I don’t know how your situation, try to contact plugin author to have support better.
