LCP error on Google Search Console

Error message on Google Search Console:
LCP issue: longer than 4 s (mobile)

After running a test in google pagespeed, I realized that the LCP recognize as the image on homepage.
I have 2 pictures:
1. One for widescreen: “https://www.hageshtviaa.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/balance.jpg”
2. One for mobile: “https://www.hageshtviaa.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2020/01/balanceMobile.jpg”

I made an exception for both the images and the logo in the plugin settings.

Despite this I still continue to accept the error.
How can this be solved?
