LCP problem on product detail page

My product detail page is facing LCP problem, although its score in Google PageSpeed Insights is over 90 points, but its LCP is around 2.8s, I have tried many ways to reduce LCP, but it has not been successful
The reason for the long LCP is that the loading time of the product image is too long. Even if I preload the product image in the head of the page, it still cannot reduce the LCP, my product image has also been converted into WebP format.
And I found that it is not caused by my theme, because the official Storefront theme also has the same LCP problem, they are all due to the product image causing the LCP to be too long, you can see it in Diagnostics->Largest Contentful Paint element in Google PageSpeed Insights
I also checked Astra and Flatsome and other well-known themes, they also all have long LCP due to product images
