LD Color Settings not cleared

    I want to use Design Upgrade for LearnDash Pro.
    For this I need to disable the color setting in the General > Design & Content Elements.
    (Accent Color, Progress Color, Notifications, Warnings, etc…)

    I watched your video on: https://escapecreative.com/products/design-upgrade-learndash/
    On 55 seconds this is shown.

    After Clearing these settings/colors and next SAVE….the changes are not saved and the earlier set colors are still applied.

    I have a screen shot, but that doesn’t show the process as such.

    Hey @bramvanast,

    LearnDash changed the way they save these settings in LearnDash 3.1, but based on your screenshot, it looks like your situation is not normal behavior.

    I’d like to login to your site and see if I can figure out what’s going on.

    Can you please email [email protected] with an admin login to your site so I can take a look?

    Just making a public note that we have communicated privately via email, and are working through the issue. I’ll post an update once resolved.

    I’m closing this issue because I have worked privately via email with bramvanast and we have resolved the issue.

    It’s not 100% clear what the resolution was, but 2 other design-related LearnDash plugins were being used (Divi LearnDash Kit & Visual Customizer). It’s possible there was a conflict with one (or both) of those.

    LearnDash also changed the way they save color settings, as mentioned above, so I think this was also causing confusion.
