Lead confirmation email notification not working

    Hi, I’m getting the lead being added to salesforce perfectly but the lead confirmation notification emails are not being sent/received despite adding them to the correct field. Please can you help as I can not figure out why this is happening.

    FYI- This is covered in the FAQ:

    99% of the time the plugin is sending these… and the issue is at the WordPress or server level.

    The Give team has an excellent article on diagnosing and troubleshooting email issues.

    PS- Installing a mail logging plugin would verify the emails are being sent to WP and the issue is higher up the stack.
