• Hi,

    have successfully implemented this plug-in and everything works like a charm. All new leads are automatically recorded in Zoho with the required fields. However, I don’t see an option to change the Lead Owner and leads are always assigned to me. There is also an assignment rule in the CRM itself to change the ownership to a colleague of mine, but neither that is working.

    Any suggestions on how to solve this?

  • I’m having the same problem as Tom here. I cannot update the lead owner in the app. When it saves, all that comes through on the “zcf_zohoshortcode_manager” table in phpadmin under the “assigned_to” field is the number “1”. there is a similar error when making the table when you enter the name to create a new form and it reverts the name to “1” also.

    This is definitely a coding issue on the app maybe for recent installs.

    Can this be updated ASAP? or a solution provided quickly
