Does these users have a display name? By default, myCRED will show a users display name with a link to the users profile for each user in the leaderboard. You can change this of course but it looks like some of your users do not have a display name (or it’s empty) which means that you do not see the link.
Can you check these users on your site and make sure they have a display name to see if the issue goes away as I can not replicate the issue myself.
If this is a widget then you can set the template used for each row by editing the widget while if you use the mycred_leaderboard shortcode, then you can do this via the template shortcode attribute. You can use any user related template tags.
