LeadIn Box won't close is user decides not to provide info

I have the Box set to appear from the bottom left of website. https://bestdefensega.com. The problem that I am having is that once the box appears it will not close after info has been provided. Also, if the user opts to not provide their information the “x” button will not close the box. It is kind of annoying if the user is actually trying to read the content on the page..
