Leadin form showing to already subscribed users

    Hi, have been using this awesome plugin for a long time. One issue is Leadin subscription form continuously pops up to already subscribed visitors (guest visitors who subscribed to the website but not a registered user). This is quite irritating to people because they have to subscribe again and again. is there any way we can restrict the subscription form to visitors who have not subscribed earlier?

  • Hi there, thanks for reaching out! The Leadin lead flows tool is built in a way to ensure that if a user had submitted the lead flow previously they should not see it again going forward. This is based on a cookie that is added to the visitors browser, which tells the lead flow not to load as this is a known visitor.

    If the visitor was to visit from two different browsers or two different devices they would it see it again on the newer device as cookies are not synced between devices but for the most part they should not see your lead flow repeatedly if they have either submitted or dismissed it previously.
