Leading zero in number field

Hi there,
I’ve looked around for a while to see if there is a solution for my question, but i had no success.
I need a number input field in cf7 to have a leading zero for the numbers from 0 to 9 (00, 01, 02, etc ) when using the arrows to increase or decrease it, but i cannot get that result though i’ve been struggling with this thing for a while. Can anybody help me?
