Leads Duplicated and No Date

    I have only just started experimenting with UpiCRM and I do like it, but I find it duplicates leads in both the Slave and Master CRM.

    Any ideas? I searched the forum and found another similar thread, but it’s marked “resolved” with no solution posted.

    I’d be grateful if you could assist ??

    I use the latest version of Gravity Forms with the latest version or WordPress.

    Oh, and there’s no date entered either.

    Are there any differences in other fields?

    You mean like details that have changed in one of the fields? Yes, but shouldn’t it then have updated the existing lead rather than create a new one?

    Also, the leads were set to be distributed in a round robin format among a selected list of users, but the new lead was given to the same user as the previous.

    It seems to me this method is not entirely suitable, since the leads are aggregated from slave to master.

    Pity – I won’t be able to use UpiCRM then, and I really liked it.
