    Hi there,

    We recently changed the theme of Boxwell.co to Elementor and went through a website upgrade. When we changed the theme, emails from Brilliant Web to Lead stopped being delivered to our [email protected] email address.

    The leads are still flowing into Salesforce, but we are not receiving the notification emails. We’ve gone into our email system (Outlook) and whitelisted both the email address and the entire domain, but still nothing.

    Any advice on steps to triage this issue?

    The emails are being sent – if they are not being recieved — thqt’s usually a configuration issue.

    Common causes:
    – Admin email and send to email are the same and your mail server is rejecting the emails
    – SPF records (on the admin email) are not authorizing your server to send emails from that domain
    – Spam filter on the receiving email are blocking receipt

    Installing a mail logger can help, reviewing SPF records would be wise, switching to a SMTP plugin or transactional email service like Mailgun/Sparkpost/etc. should fix it.
