Leads to error page and password resets.

This plugin was working fine until I updated to the latest version of WordPress. For some reason it only stores the password for a while. The password stops working at some point though, so I have to log in and set the password again.
Also on certain browsers ( Safari and sometimes Chrome ), it leads me to an error page, generated by the server, stating that the content is private – instead of leading me to the password protected page.
