League Table Not working for Manual Select

I have created a hierarchy of Women and Men teams. Some of the clubs in my combined league have both a Men and Women team. When I try to create a combined league table, adding the teams where the club has both a men and women team, using the manual select to create the combined team ranking, the hierarchy of the teams is not correct. Teams are not assigned in the hierarchy correctly – assigned to the wrong club. They are set up correctly on the team page.

I tried creating a new combined league table, but the hierarchy still is not correct.
