League Table with head to head

    How do I get a table to use head to head instead of goaldifference to place teams in the correct place? In the SportsPress settings the Tiebreaker is set at Head to head, but the tables still use goaldifference.

    Hi there!

    Thanks for reaching out and I’m sorry for the trouble.

    My name is Roch and I’m going to help you with your support questions.

    The way the H2H works is by applying the same rules you have in your table columns, but only considering events between the 2 tied teams.

    So if you have, for example:
    Points, Goals Difference, Yellow cards, then if 2 teams are tied these 3 criteria will be applied again only considering the events they played against each other.

    And for this reason, the H2H tiebreaker can only be applied as your last ordering criterion at the moment.

    Is that what you have at the moment? Or is it really not applying your table rules for the tied teams?

    H2H has to be the first criteria after points. Goaldifference is 2nd.

    Hi there!

    Then you need to use points and H2H (for points onlY) but you won’t be able to use goal difference. H2H is always the last criteria, so you can adjust the positions further using the league table adjustments.
