Redux does not control what other plugins do (I assume you are speaking of WooCommerce). It is an options framework used by the theme to implement its various options. Since the theme is a premium theme, you will have to contact the theme author will this issue since I do have nave access to the theme and because WordPress does not allow support for any premium product in these forums. If the theme author discovers an issue between their theme and Redux, they will need to be the ones to contact us via our Github issue tracker with the evidence and details. Good luck.
