“Learn more” go to the home page

I’ve been trying to direct the “learn more” button so its link goes to the post page. Right now the ‘learn more’ button just takes me back to my home page.

Exemple: When I clik at “Saiba Mais” on my site, go to home page. But I wanna to go for the pages I criate at “Models” whit plugin “Elementor”.

So, how I can get to the page that I realy want?
