Learn Press Support is dead or alive!?

I read many topics about users problems but they never get the answer form support.
We spending a lot of time to create courses or changing Learn press styles… but sometimes there is some issues that will solving only by support.
if your free version doesn’t have any support please clearify you situation and tell people about it.
